Functional Skills are offered at Levels 1 and 2. The process of undertaking Functional Skills includes completing an Initial Assessment to assess your level of learning, order a City & Guilds Functional Skills certificate – you will then be allocated a specialist Functional Skills tutor who will deliver your qualification remotely once a month and set tasks.
Based on the results, a tailored plan of learning is developed. This means that you will be provided with resources at an appropriate level, tackling the areas that need improvement. There will be skill checks along the process to confirm that you are fully competent in any given topic. After completion of the modules, revision scenarios will be provided to help you practise for a final assessment.
Functional Skills provide an individual with essential knowledge, skills and understanding that will enable them to operate confidently, effectively and independently in both life and work. They are accredited to the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and are offered at level 1 and level 2.
Functional Skills provide young people and adults with the knowledge and understanding they will need in order to progress and succeed in education, training and employment, make fake Functional Skills Qualification certificate. Developing a broader range of aptitudes, attitudes and behaviours allowing them to make a greater contribution to your company and the wider community. They are deliverable as a standalone qualification or as part of apprenticeship.
