Shipping & Delivery Details
To ensure our customers’ certificates are delivered undamaged, our shipping will pack them carefully with hard folders or tubes to protect the certificates during transit. Customers will get a tracking number from our sales team after their parcels are sent out.
How are the certificates delivered?
1.For printed/hard copy orders, we print out, package (A4/US letter size documents are packed with A4 folder; bigger size documents are roll packed with plastics tubes). We ship the parcels Worldwide via DHL/FEDEX/TNT at our cost.
2.For electonic/PDF orders, we send electronic draft and then final version to customers via whatsapp/email.
